Dutch financial and insurance markets are supervised by two National Competent Authorities. 

Autoriteit Financiele Markten (AFM)

The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets is responsible for supervising the operation of the financial markets. The AFM supervises the conduct of the entire financial market sector: savings, investment, insurance, loans, pensions, capital markets, asset management, accountancy and financial reporting.
